Going to be sick

my head feels like it has taken the merry-go-round 2341351352 times..
it's spinning. making me feel dizzy..
& my throat. i can feel that a cough is coming.. im coughing a little alrd.
i've popped 2 stronger panadols into my mouth and hopefully it will help get rid of the dizziness.
